Our 3XP Remake & Returns Policy

Personalized Items: Custom items (with your photos, text, etc.) cannot be returned for a refund. We will gladly remake any defective or damaged personalized item.


How to Start a Claim


1. Choose Your Method:

  • Email (Easiest): Click the green computer screen icon at the bottom of the page to start your email claim.
  • Chatbot: Use our chatbot (in the bottom-right corner) for assistance.


2. What to Include in Your Email:

  • Subject: RETURN/REMAKE REQUEST - Order #[YourOrderNumber]
  • Body: A clear description of the issue.
  • Attachment: Mandatory photo / video proof. (Claims without proof will not be processed).


Approved Claim Options

  • Keep & Remake: Keep the defective item; we'll send a replacement.
  • Recycle & Remake: We provide a pre-paid return label. You return the item, and we send a replacement.
